Pole dancing  is a challenging, empowering mix of yoga, dancing and Pilates.

Pole dancing develops endurance,strength,power,stamina, and mobility---especially in the upper body areas.

You can expect increased muscle definition and toning all over,especially in the arms,thighs,and buttocks.

Expect to burn about 250-400 calories per session.
